The entrance fee at Brazos Towers is your key to a worry-free retirement. This one-time investment ensures priority access to all levels of care, including assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, and short- or long-term rehabilitation. It also includes up to 30 days of free nursing care every year.

Depending on the contract you choose, up to 90% of the entrance fee is refundable, making it a financially sensible option for retirees looking to protect their assets. Many of our residents use the proceeds from the sale of their homes to cover this cost, making the transition to Brazos Towers seamless and stress-free.
