Brazos Towers at Bayou Manor is a community of actively engaged residents with a full-time activities staff offering planned excursions, social events, educational and artistic opportunities. Residents enjoy aqua-aerobics in our indoor pool and participate in various exercise classes. Our Event Center is always busy with either live music, lectures, multi-denominational chapel services or resident meetings. Most importantly, our Residents’ Association is actively engaged in all aspects of life at Brazos Towers at Bayou Manor to ensure your experience living here is all you expected.

While conveniently located near West University and the Medical Center, our 7-acre campus offers a unique natural setting of mature live oaks, a garden courtyard and walking trails. Brazos Towers at Bayou Manor is a surprising oasis inside the 610 loop – near shopping, museums, theater, and sports. Residents participate in all aspects of our community. They have committees that meet regularly with our Volunteer Board of Directors, our CEO and Executive Director, our Lifestyles Director and our Executive Chef and Dining Managers. Together we grow our community experience in the spirit of the residents who live here. They decide what events and activities they like and want to attend. They decide what travel trips they make. They decide how they would like to contribute to their community experience by sharing their own personal talents with other residents, or volunteer outside of the community. They choose the life they envision – we simply support their desire to do so. They live the independent lifestyle they have always loved and we handle the rest. Membership in all committees is open to all residents.
