Brazos Towers at Bayou Manor is a community of actively engaged residents with a full-time activities staff offering planned excursions, social events, educational and artistic opportunities. Residents enjoy aqua-aerobics in our indoor pool and participate in various exercise classes. Our Event Center is always busy with either live music, lectures, multi-denominational chapel services or resident meetings. Most importantly, our Residents’ Association is actively engaged in all aspects of life at Brazos Towers at Bayou Manor to ensure your experience living here is all you expected.
While conveniently located near West University and the Medical Center, our 7-acre campus offers a unique natural setting of mature live oaks, a garden courtyard and walking trails. Brazos Towers at Bayou Manor is a surprising oasis inside the 610 loop – near shopping, museums, theater, and sports.
